Key Adjustments:

• Added Cypress Energy Partners (CELP) to the Gathering & Processing MLP segment after its successful IPO at $20 on January 14. CELP is not a perfect fit in that segment since it is Salt Water Disposal and Pipeline Inspection operations so we are going with “close enough.”

• Weekly Snapshot now includes the 4Q13 distribution quarter over quarter and year over year growth charts.
